1. Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States. Because our inventory is sourced through corporate asset liquidation channels in the U.S., we ship domestically and are not subject to international customs clearance delays for U.S. destinations.
2. Shipping Carriers & Timelines
- We ship via standard commercial carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) based on order size and destination.
- Exact shipping cost and estimated delivery window are confirmed at the time of order.
- Once shipped, a tracking number is provided via email or WhatsApp.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other force-majeure conditions.
3. Packaging
Stamps are packed in sealed, protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Each roll is verified as sealed, unused, genuine USPS stock before shipping.
4. Refund & Claim Policy
- All wholesale sales are final once the order is confirmed and shipped, due to negotiated volume pricing.
- Damaged or short shipments: claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and contents.
- Non-delivery: if a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and will replace or refund per the carrier’s determination.
- Undeliverable addresses: orders returned due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer will be re-shipped at the buyer’s cost.
5. Shipping Insurance

6. Payment
Preferred payment method is bank wire transfer. Orders are only released for shipment after full payment is received and verified.
